Delete it yourself, in the app
This is the fastest way and it takes effect immediately.
- Open the Sunly app and make sure you are signed in.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Read the confirmation, then tap Delete account again.
You are signed out straight away and the account is gone. There is no waiting period and no undo.

If you have lost access to the app or cannot sign in, email us and we will delete the account for you.
Send a message to support@consunly.com with the subject Delete my account, from the email address registered to the account. We use the sending address to confirm the request is really yours, so a request from a different address cannot be actioned.
We action requests within 30 days, and usually within a few business days.
What gets deleted
Everything below is erased permanently:

What we keep, and for how long
- Backups: copies inside routine encrypted backups are purged on the normal backup rotation rather than instantly.
- Proof of the request: a minimal record that a deletion was requested and completed, so we can show we honoured it.
- Crash diagnostics: anonymous crash reports already sent to Firebase Crashlytics are not linked to your account and expire on Google's schedule, typically within 90 days.
Deleting the app does not delete your account. Uninstalling Sunly only removes the app and the data held on that device. Your account keeps existing on our servers until you delete it using one of the two routes above.
